How do I place an order?

Follow these simple steps to start shopping with us.

Delivery to most locations in Angola! If you can’t find your province on the drop down within our ‘Shipping to’ tool at the top of the site, it unfortunately means that we do not deliver to where you live right now. We are adding new delivery destinations all the time so make sure you check again soon.

START SHOPPING!
1. If you know what you’re looking for, start shopping by selecting the product category links: e.g. MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT & ACCESSORIES. You can also shop our latest product through the NEW IN category link. If you have a specific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter a keyword or item number in the search box on the homepage.

  1. Once you have found an item you want to buy, select your size, the quantity you want and click on the ‘ADD TO BAG’ button.
  2. You can then either continue shopping, or review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on ‘View your bag’.
  3. If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. You will be able to use the ‘Save for later’ option to record your selection against your account, or ‘Remove’ button to remove products from your basket if you change your mind.

Can I order over the phone?

The quickest and easiest way to order from us is via our website. Please click here for more details.

If you are unable to place your order online, please call us and one of our friendly customer service rep will be happy to order for you. Please have your order requirements, email address and payment instructions details to hand before you call.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Our most used shipping method includes: EXW, CIF and DDP.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Once you’ve placed your order we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received your order and confirm the details.

After this, we’ll get to work on packing your order.

Some orders may take a little longer to dispatch than usual due to the extra social distancing measures we’ve put in place to keep our employees safe.

Once your order has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email to let you know that your order is on its way.

Your delivery date will be provided at checkout. We dispatch orders through until midnight for delivery the next day. Therefore, don’t worry if it’s getting close to the delivery date and you haven’t heard from us.

Where Is My Order?

Some orders may take a little longer to arrive than usual due to the extra social distancing measures we’ve put in place to keep our employees and couriers safe.

Tracking your order has never been simpler and there is no need to contact us. All you need to do is log in to your account, select the order and click on the ‘tracking number’ link under the order summary box.

Alternatively, click the link in your dispatch confirmation email to check the progress of your order.

How Do I Track My Order?

For Standard deliveries within ANGOLA

Standard delivery orders to most ANGOLAN addresses should arrive within 5 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for deliveries.

If you wish to track the current whereabouts of your order, please click here and enter your tracking number in the space provided. Please allow 36 hrs from receipt of the email before tracking your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to query the delivery before the expected delivery time.
